To get the most out of your workout and burn fat FAST, our monthly boot camp program runs Monday through Friday for 30mins each day. Each body part is worked at least twice per week. This ensures you’ll have some down time for those muscles to recover properly and build back up so you’re stronger and have more stamina the next session.
